Finding partners
Finding the right partner will significantly determine the implementation of your project.
Update your profile
Spend some time on your personal profile, which is your identity on the platform. Make sure you enter a good description of your preferences for collaboration, a photo and correct information about your school and your students. An updated profile tells other users that you are active members of the platform and will attract more people. In case you wish to collaborate only with schools in Cyprus (National Projects) or Greece, you can enter all the information in Greek. In any other case use the communication language of your future project.
Search tools
- If you are looking for a specific person you already know, look for their name in the “People“
- If you are looking for a partnership for your teaching course, with some specific countries or a specific language of communication, use the finding partners tool “Partner Finding” , using the relevant search filters
- If you are interested in a specific topic, please register your post in the partner finder tool or search through it for similar posts by other colleagues.
- If you are interested in finding partners for the other Erasmus+ actions again through the partner search tool, follow the above procedure by selecting the relevant search filters.
Useful tips
- When writing your message, make sure you are clear about the subject area, the age of your pupils and the language of communication (e.g. Project on Greek Mythology, pupils 8-13 in English/Greek). Once you have posted your message, do not remain passive and wait for a response from other colleagues. Dozens of messages are submitted every day and as a result your message may not appear on the first pages of the search box after a day. For this reason, contact other colleagues, visit their profiles and if it fits your interests to collaborate, send them an internal email introducing yourself and your ideas. Prefer teachers who have recent and active activity on the platform.
- Once you have chosen a specific group of partners, make sure that the duration of the project, the time you will spend on it and the expected results do not differ between the teachers involved in the project. Decide which countries will submit the project for approval and invite the other members.
